I have experienced the problem on two different PCs in two different cities, with and without routers between the PC and high speed internet modem. The lag time today got up to 6 minutes before I gave up and quit. Those on the bad servers experience a lag time between gving a command and the unit responding. They installed an upgrade/patch of some kind back in December 2013 which impacted some, but not all servers. If a vehicle is currently registered and we confirm the owner is living in the area, we do not typically consider these vehicles to be abandoned.The problem is with the Steam servers.
